Pre-Meeting: five

Febuary 7th


We don't have to much planned at this meeting.
Not like last one that is.

I will collect the fundraising info from everyone,
and if I'm able to I will pass it back out before
the meeting is over. If not, it will be passed back
I will pass it back on the 21st.

It will probably be passed back on the 21st.

We will also start Vampire Knight.

Post Meeting: Four

Konnichiwa Everyone!

At the last meeting we did a lot of stuff actually!

We started out the meeting by going over the hoagie fundraiser for Tekko.

• Selling for $4 a piece
• Make $1.75 profit
• Two sales
• Collection dates February 7th and March 6th
• Delivery dates  February 21st and March 20th
• Profit money pick up March 20th

If for some reason you miss a pickup date, a drop off date, or the collection date meeting it is YOUR job to contact ME at the club e-mail address to set up a meeting place. I will hold your stuff for you. If it is your profit money I can give it to you at Tekko, or after, that is it.

After that we voted for the t-shirt design and before the next meeting I will get prices and an order sheet before next meeting. I'm thinking the shirts will be roughly $7

We voted on putting it on a dark red t-shirt.

The third thing we did on Tuesday was we finished Ponyo :D

Finally we, after playing four voting games,

we decided to start watching Vampire Knight!

Hey guys~

Sorry about last weeks meeting!
I was/am still really sick.
I haven't been in school all week.

I had my friend Lizzie take charged or the evening.
You all should have watched Ponyo and  since I didn't get a call/e-mail from Amanda
I'm assuming everything went swimmingly <3

We'll catch up on everything next meeting!
