Pre-Tekko Party!!
Hey Guys!!
For this meeting I decided to make it a Pre-Tekko Party.
At this party we will have:
Cupcakes provided by Kierra
Asian Pop Music
Dances
Tekko Schedule and final info
Anime Jeopardy
and the best party cosplay!!
Yes you read that right!!
It will be our first cosplay meeting!! ^_^

We collected the second fundraising forums.
I finalized all totals for Profit money.
We watched a few more episodes of Vampire Knight.
mmhmm I think basically that's it.
Oh and we planned for our Party next meeting!

Post meeting: Six/Pre-meeting 7
Anime club our total hoagie sale was 199
Total Cost: $447.75
Total Profit: $348.25
Turning the order paper and money into The Market on Reynolds tomorrow before school! ^_^
Good Job everyone who partook in it!! (/^_^)/
We got through I believe 4 episodes of Vampire Knight
and we will continue to watch it at the next meeting
which is February 21st.
I will also have the hoagies for the 21st for you guys to pick up.
I will NOT collect money and forums next week.
The next collection date is March 6th.
So that means if I gave you your packet back it is not due until the 6th!

Pre-Meeting: five
Febuary 7th
We don't have to much planned at this meeting.
Not like last one that is.
I will collect the fundraising info from everyone,
and if I'm able to I will pass it back out before
the meeting is over. If not, it will be passed back

We will also start Vampire Knight.

Post Meeting: Four
Konnichiwa Everyone!
At the last meeting we did a lot of stuff actually!
We started out the meeting by going over the hoagie fundraiser for Tekko.
- Selling for $4 a piece
- Make $1.75 profit
- Two sales
- Collection dates February 7th and March 6th
- Delivery dates February 21st and March 20th
- Profit money pick up March 20th
If for some reason you miss a pickup date, a drop off date, or the collection date meeting it is YOUR job to contact ME at the club e-mail address to set up a meeting place. I will hold your stuff for you. If it is your profit money I can give it to you at Tekko, or after, that is it.
After that we voted for the t-shirt design and before the next meeting I will get prices and an order sheet before next meeting. I'm thinking the shirts will be roughly $7

We voted on putting it on a dark red t-shirt.
The third thing we did on Tuesday was we finished Ponyo :D
Finally we, after playing four voting games,
we decided to start watching Vampire Knight!
