- Explain about about the club
- Fill out contact cards.
- Go around the room introducing ourselves
- Play ice breaker game
- Talk about Tekkoshocon
- Talk about fundraising
- Explain the rules for the Shirt Design contest
This is all that I hope to cover in the first meeting, it is in order of importance and we will get done as much as the time frame allows us. Anything not covered will be covered first thing in the next meeting. I will post the information about each discussion after the meeting as a post meeting post. So look for it if you missed the meeting or need to reference anything.
